Authenticity is Profitable

What does it look like when you show up in full authenticity in your life and business? Unlike many of my guests, Gisele actually LOVED her corporate job and thought she'd be there forever. When someone from her team was going to have to get cut, Gisele volunteered herself so she could finally process the personal tragedy she'd experienced.

Gisele Gambi is a business and life coach as well as a fellow podcaster who's been helping people connect with their intuition and authenticity to create profitable businesses and lives.

Key moments in the conversation include:

  • Approach life with an open heart. Important messages can come to you in many forms. Trust your heart, your intuition, your gut...it may be something small, or it may be something that changes your whole purpose moving forward.

  • You create your own reality. There's power inside of you that you can access to begin to shape your reality. Just remember that the only way to tap into this power is to give up being a victim and take full responsibility for the current results in your life.

  • Be (and stay) authentic. When you're living out of integrity and not being authentic, your body knows it, and knows how to get your attention.

  • Channel your anger. Anger can be a powerful emotion to get you out of an inauthentic place to something that feels more true. Use it and celebrate moving up the emotional scale out of despair.

  • Tune into your intuition. Everyone is intuitive but in order to hear it, you have to become present, shut out distractions and be willing to listen.

  • Authenticity is profitable. Learn the rules...and then break them. Take what feels good to you and just focus on being yourself. People respond emotionally (and financially) to authenticity.

  • There's power in your platform...and size doesn't matter. The ripple effects of that one interview Gisele had with Aaliayah about her mission to alleviate period party has literally changed the lives of hundreds of women.

The best way to connect with Giselle is either on Instagram @AuthenticGisele and through her website. Also, please check out Gisele’s podcast, The Intuitive Pull. You can find the period poverty story that touched my soul here, here and here. Spread the word and share with a friend. This is power.

As always, if you enjoyed this episode please help spread the word to more bad-ass women like yourself. 💕 Here's 3 quick ways you can help!
